Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at contato@sma-digital.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrived damaged, contact us at contato@sma-digital.com. We will work with the carrier and, when needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.
